Head Chef - Contract Catering - South London - £30K

Chef Manager / Head Chef / Kitchen Manager needed for a contract catering site serving 200 covers a day, in the Dulwich Village area of South London. Here a team of 6 prepare, fresh and healthy meals over breakfast and lunch. The team work 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days from 7am-4pm. The role offers an excellent work life balance.

Person Required

• Must be able to demonstrate their experience working in fresh food kitchens, cooking to volume and managing others
• Show a genuine passion for the industry and an interest in current food trends
• Always strive to exceed customer expectations and go the extra mile
• Confidence in all areas of the kitchen including larder, sauce and pastry and a desire to keep learning and help their team to develop
