Customer Service Manager - Ringsend - Ringsend
About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for the Ringsend area of Dublin on a permanent 37.5 hour contract. Your role will be to manage and sustain the front-line service to customers that will enhance Ladbrokes' position as one of the country's leading bookmakers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sport and willingness to progress within Ladbrokes. Your responsibilities will be to:
•Provide the frontline service to customers that will enhance the Company’s position as the country’s leading bookmaker.
•Promote products and services in such a way to generate profitable turnover.
•Operate within Company policies and procedures, recommending any appropriate changes.
•To set up and close shop in accordance with Company guidelines & procedures.
•Support the Marketplace Manager to control administration, safety, security and financial systems for the efficient and safe operation of the shop.
•To assume responsibility for the operational and people management requirements in the absence of the Marketplace Manager.
Skills & Abilities:
•Previous experience in a management position and/or within the betting industry essential.•A keen interest and in-depth knowledge of one or more sports desired.•A proven ability in providing a high standard of customer service.•Personable and enthusiastic with a positive outlook.•Must have completed CSM assessments

Additional Information
Our shop opening hours are between 9am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6.30pm on a Sunday.
In this role you will work 5 out of 7 days, which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.
Please note you must be 18 years old or over to work in one of our shops.About The Company
