Job role

This is a newly created role to provide effective administration support to the Head of Sourcing and Garment Technology Team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing Admin support on Ethical compliance of the Supply base, maintaining, updating and daily follow up is required
  • Accurately updating Management Information Systems, ensuring correct information is being logged between Suppliers and Head Office (related to capacity management, critical paths, quality assurance)
  • Liaising with Offshore QA staff, providing relevant style files and Tech information as needed
  • Setting up and maintaining a robotic filing system, updating testing/quality manuals and helping build a fabric spec data base
  • Build a good working knowledge and passion for Sourcing and Supply Chain
  • Providing Administrative support to the technical team as and when required
