About The Role

To support a dedicated specialist Player Protection team by advising both external and internal customers on responsible gambling.

The role will involve player protection related matters including constructing customer insight profiles, self-exclusion, reinstatement and age verification management. It will also involve high levels of data input, data management plus updating and maintaining information on computer systems.

Responsibilities
  • Working in partnership with other Ladbrokes Coral retail and digital departments to ensure delivery of player protection across the business
  • To pull together a detailed customer journey profile for review incl, verifying correct customer information, liaising with AML team for existing customer information, reviewing any self-exclusion history, liaising with retail shop teams for any behavioural triggers or any previous RG interactions and cross-checking any online data.
  • Actively listens, communicates and understands customer’s needs by building effective and sustainable relationships.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer communications.
  • Deliver a consistent and professional approach.
  • Provide Ladbrokes Coral customers with an excellent level of service.
  • To deliver the required process around all player protection administration e.g. Self-exclusion, re-instatement across the Ladbrokes Coral estate.
  • Ensuring that all data management is accurate, updated and maintained at all times.
  • Any other duties commensurate to the post as designated by the Responsible Gambling Team Leader and Retail Responsible Gambling Manager.
  •   Candidate requirements:
  • Confidence to deal with people at different levels of the business.
  • To have a good knowledge of the betting industry.
  • Must be able to work to strict deadlines and prioritise issues.
  • Organised and accurate.
  • MS Office skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and well organised.
  • The ability to deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • Display and maintain a professional manner at all times.
  • Must be flexible in working hours.
