Academy Tour and Games Programme Coordinator - London

Chelsea Football Club Academy are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual to join our dedicated and highly motivated Operations Team.  

At Chelsea FC our colleagues come to work, and grow, in a culture that promotes empowerment, initiative and fun, while hitting our target of success on and off the pitch.  

The post holder will lead on all administration for our under 9’s to under 16’s Academy tours and games programme each season including: liaising with tournament organisers, arranging pre-tournament visit and risk assessments, travel and logistics co-ordination for players and staff, arranging match officials and  liaising with opposition clubs.

Person Spec

  • Experience of office work
  • Experience of working within football administration
  • Experience of event planning
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organiser and team player. Well-spoken with good personal presentation. Friendly and welcoming in approach with excellent communication and numeric skills.
