Through our global Responsible Sourcing program, we set expectations of suppliers and the facilities they use, assess supply chain risk, monitor supply chain conditions through audits and investigations, provide training and tools for our associates and suppliers, and collaborate with others to make progress on key industry-wide issues.

The Ins and Outs:
  • Support in the development and integration of processes and technology solutions that further objectives
  • Collaborate with associates to identify opportunities and partner on the development and execution of projects to deliver solutions or integrations including inside and outside the department
  • Support in the development and execution of benchmarking, supply chain intelligence, gaps and risk analysis, metrics development, and executive and operational level KPIs for RS and business partners
  • Technical expert supporting continuous improvement and the design of tools, systems, insights, processes, and deployment support
  • Manage project portfolio and drive progress and accountability within area of responsibility. Report on progress, risks, and milestones
  • Champions change management for department initiatives
  • Models compliance with company policies procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Creates or maintains documentation, flow charts, and training materials
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail while always be in a mode of continuous improvement
