Through our global Responsible Sourcing program, we set expectations of suppliers and the facilities they use, assess supply chain risk, monitor supply chain conditions through audits and investigations, provide training and tools for our associates and suppliers, and collaborate with others to make progress on key industry-wide issues.

The Ins and Outs:
  • Support and champion key initiatives in collaboration with Supplier Initiatives and Strategy teams
  • Partner with Responsible Buying teams to drive the execution of project plans in support of key initiatives
  • Assist in the development, standardization, and implementation of RS programs and their procedures
  • Provide and support the implementation of key initiatives by engaging with key stakeholders to achieve defined outcomes
  • Track and measure progress of project outcomes and report back to BE leadership.

  • Develops and presents logical, convincing reasons in support of one's perspectives and initiatives
  • Supports and aligns with initiatives, goals, and actions focused on improving customer/member service
