This role is ideal for a recruitment consultant from an agency or hospitality background.

We are looking for a recruitment manager who will be able to work autonomously either from the office, or from the sites themselves.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be:

• Responsible for planning recruitment drives to ensure all vacancies are filled and that there is a pool of good candidates
• Researching and choosing suitable job advertising options
• Participating in job fairs and career events
• Sourcing candidates from schools and universities that will make a long-term impression on the business
• Building the company's professional network through professionals, colleges and other partners
