ER Advisor (3 month FTC) - London

Overview:

We're looking for an ER Advisor (FTC) to join our famiglia! The successful candidate will join our People Team based at our Rose Street HQ in Covent Garden to primarily support with our ER casework. This role will initially be offered on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:


• Self-motivated and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to use own initiative & work autonomously
• Demonstrate passion and energy, taking ownership to resolve HR queries in a positive manner
• Demonstrate attention to detail, and a high quality focus to all work
• Exceptional communication skills and able to build rapport and relationships quickl
• Sound and current employment law and employee relations knowledge for UK & ROI
• Ability to translate legal / HR knowledge intro practical solutions
• CIPD qualification is desirable
• Ideally worked in a fast paced multi-site business
