Pastry Chef de Partie - The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

The Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Main Pastry Kitchen, serving our Wild Carrot Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management.

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have:

  • Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
  • Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
  • Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
  • Passion for the Pastry world required!
