Here at Bourne Leisure, we are currently looking for a Resourcing / Recruitment Business Partner to cover a 12 month period of maternity cover.

You will help to determine and deliver the company Resourcing Strategy across two brands:- Warner Leisure Hotels and Bourne Support and help take the business to the next level in the delivery of the People Plan ensuring a place 'Where Talent Thrives'.

You will have full accountability for the way we recruit our hotel team members, our leaders and how we recruit / resource our Head Office (Support Centre) in Hemel.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Determine best in class recruitment approaches and methods giving consideration to the online world.
  • Provide tools and guidance on recruitment practices to ensure the business recruits high quality team members.
  • Train our leaders in how to recruit their teams effectively and professionally giving consideration to our Employer Brand.
  • Ensure an effective internal/external talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
  • Lead in key Resourcing projects such as building a new Preferred Suppliers List and those associated with our career website.
  • Help our Hiring Managers with vacancies and offer guidance on the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support the operational HR teams and project managers with advice and insight into good recruitment practices.

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience and a good understanding in how Applicant Tracking Systems work - Cornerstone knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Worked in a commercial business with a degree of seasonality and constant change.
  • Be a champion of instilling good recruitment processes.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing best practice recruitment tools.
  • Our ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced organisation where it is values lead and totally team member focused.
  • You will be required to work flexibly to visit sites across the UK when necessary to offer support and build relationships.
