Through our global Responsible Sourcing program, we set expectations of suppliers and the facilities they use, assess supply chain risk, monitor supply chain conditions through audits and investigations, provide training and tools for our associates and suppliers, and collaborate with others to make progress on key industry-wide issues.

The Ins and Outs:

• Manages and operates Responsible Sourcing programme management within a business unit ensuring integration and alignment with Walmart's commercial objectives
• Manages risk imposed on the business with full adherence to Walmart's Standards for Suppliers
• Implementation, execution and support of all Responsible Sourcing initiatives, goals and key performance indicators
• Manages local process controls and systems to ensure effective programme compliance
