• Be the People Business Partner to the General Store Manager
• Deliver the People activity plan for the store
• Develop a diverse talent pipeline at all levels across the store
• Ensure our training and development opportunities are second-to-none
• Oversee the Your Voice survey and Colleague Voice election process

What you'll need:

• High-level HR experience of managing people
• The ability to manage complex change programmes
• Excellent communication, influencing and engagement skills
• A personality that thrives in a culture defined by pace and passion
