Operations Manager

About the role

In this key role, you'll be part of a team developing and implementing major change and strategic programmes. The team's work focuses on the Asda Store Operations side of our business - including processes, systems, replenishment, store warehouses and home shopping. The work's challenging but rewarding, and you'll have every opportunity to make your mark.

The ins and outs

• Enabling us to improve availability for customers, simplify operational processes and reduce costs
• Developing and implementing major change programmes that focus on replenishment and store warehouses
• Taking ownership of cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives
• Working with international colleagues across the Walmart family
• Developing our longer-term vision as an organisation

What you'll need:

Degree or higher qualification

Extensive operational experience in store operations, replenishment or supply chain

Consultancy experience would be an advantage

Energy, enthusiasm and passion for achievement
