You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment with covers for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 200 and 800 each.

Essentially in the role you will:

• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality.
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.

What is the main purpose of the role?

The ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a similar sized kitchen and be able to work under pressure. Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant or banquets in accordance with the hotel’s standards. You will be able to produce food of a high standard, and be confident in all aspects of food preparation and service.

You are required to have the willingness to learn from more experienced chefs as well as passing on knowledge to junior members of the team. Make sure our customers receive a fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service.
