We are currently looking for people with a real passion for food and a flair for great customer service to join our team as Retail Team Members in our London farmshops, available to start immediately. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Retail Team Member, you will be able to deliver an excellent customer service, sharing the great Daylesford food experience with our customers. The role will require energy and shed-loads of confidence as you will be working in a fast-paced and fun environment as part of a supportive team.

Ideally you’ll have worked in similar food, restaurant or café environments before or you’ll simply be a true foodie so that the basics come easily to you. We are open 7 days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital. You’ll be chatting to our customers every day so having a great level of spoken English is pretty important too.

You’ll also have a unique opportunity to work with people who truly enjoy what they do as well as the prospect of learning interesting stuff about our farm, our ingredients, our produce, our culture and what makes us special.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Share and deliver an amazing food experience to our customers.
• Deliver fantastic produce and outstanding Store, Cafe and Kitchen cleanliness.
• Accurately handle cash while using our till systems.
• Learning about our products/production.
• Engaging with customers.
