Group Sales and Customer Service Trainer

Norwich Office or home based in Norwich area

40 hrs per week- Mon-Fri

Travel, overnight and weekend working may be required

 We are looking forward for a Group Sales and Customer Service Trainer to join Kingswood. To design and deliver training programs for our sales and customer service teams that maximise sales performance and the customer experience. You will conduct skills gap analyses to understand areas for development and support the build of ongoing learning and development. Initially, your focus will be supporting new team formations and processes within the company. An exciting, challenging but rewarding experience.

You will have a vested interest in the overall sales performance and report on the impact that training has.  You will be investigating and designing training to maximise the customer experience on our centres and office locations. You will be an experienced and creative trainer, engaging with sales and have a customer centric driven professionalism, with an enthusiastic and a strong commercial mind-set, to provide momentum to an existing sales team. You will build up new areas of development and engage with existing employees. Delivering training to small and large groups, also coaching individuals to meet their potential.

What we are looking for

You must be professional, articulate and analytical. You will be training sales teams, leaders and managers. You will have Substantial experience in professional travel, excursions, education, as a Field Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or a related title, preferably in complex sales environments. Well organised, who know how to prioritise, have a proven record of overachievement in a target driven sales environment. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or equivalent experience.
