Sales Team Leader​ - Norwich

£20k basic, £10k bonus OTE £30k

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Leader to join our Sales contact centre in Norwich. To lead, manage, coach & support the Sales Consultants to achieve the objectives set by the business. To deliver personal targets and objectives in line with the business goals. The Sales Team Leader will ensure effective recruitment, management, development, motivation and inspiration of direct reports and team through effective performance management and communication to deliver targets.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Dynamic, self-starter with excellent organising skills and the ability to multi-task who is Passionate about customers and supporting a highly focussed customer–driven. You will have experience of managing a team of sales personnel and outbound sales. You will have Good working understanding of Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint and MS outlook. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to flex personal style to suit and/or influence the person they are working with and the ability to motivate and lead improvements through enthusiasm and commitment to the role
