Senior Outdoor Activity Instructor - Dukehouse Wood, Hexham

We are looking to recruit a Programme Team Leader to join our dedicated programming team at our Hexham centre for a fixed term contract initially until November 2018.

The Program Team Leader is responsible for a range of programming and customer service duties including supporting the activity staff, and creating effective programme and staff rota's to meet guests required needs. 

You will create and design programmes that meet guest expectations and learning outcomes, assign appropriate staff to activities within the designed programmes and gain feedback from guests for future changes or improvements . You will also work closely with the activity co-ordinator to ensure all documentation is maintained and monitor HR regulations when designing programmes. 

About you

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with adaptability and problem solving skills. You will be organised and with some knowledge of programme design to meet learning outcomes. You will need to show the ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent customer service skills.
