Programme Administrator​ - Cromer, Norfolk

We are looking to recruit a Programme Administrator at our Cromer site to work within the programme delivery team. You will create and design programme’s that meet our guest’s expectations and required learning outcomes, by utilising a varied range of Kingswood’s products. You will be working with the Training Coordinator to ensure all programme related documentation is maintained and updated in line with agreed Company standards e.g. session plans and observations, training records etc.

About You

Your customer service skills will be second to none, ensuring a great customer experience is your forte, this is key for attracting new business and ensuring repeat custom. We need someone who is enterprising, with a fluid attitude to change, as we’re always looking to push forward with development and ensure continuous improvement.
