The role is exceptionally varied and interesting, it involves doing anything and everything to deliver outstanding guest service. As the face of Forest Holidays you will be the first point of contact with our guests helping to make their holiday a memorable experience.

Duties include: greeting guests working in a busy reception; basic food preparation and service; cash handling; ensuring that our retail space is fully stocked and priced and booking guests onto activities.

You’ll champion our values, promote our activities, and be open and available to guests for advice, help and service. As a flexible, enthusiastic member of the team you will be happy to get involved in other activities on site and will have experience of following processes and procedures.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Passionate about creating unique and memorable holiday experiences, ideally you will have a background in retail, food & beverage or reception. Articulate and approachable, you must be able to strike a rapport with customers and have a helpful, positive personality. You will see challenges as opportunities, and though you are confident and independent, you will also be a team player.
