About the role...

You will undertake all tasks required to develop business through proactive sales activity. Deliver revenue, profitability targets and gain a competitive advantage for The Majestic Hotel. You will have a good understanding of our customer needs and knowledge of local and national target market and in-depth experience of the MICE market. You will also develop relationships with existing and new MICE accounts, and carry out calls to generate new leads and sales.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and professional, flexible, passionate & display a professional and courteous attitude to our guests.
You will also be of a smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player. You will have experience in sales and an understanding of MICE. Knowledge of DELPHI would be preferable.
