I support my Manager to ensure our Partners deliver a consistently great experience to our customers and their colleagues to ensure we deliver on our customer, regulatory and commercial obligations
Role location can be Bury or Preston Brook
- Supporting my Manager, the Telesales Partner Manager, in monitoring SLA's & KPI performance of our Telesales Partners ensuring they deliver against their contractual obligations on a consistent basis
- Ensuring our Partners have all the information and support needed to achieve/exceed their targets by building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- The day to day relationship with our Partner's; supporting them to deliver consistently great experiences to our customers & their colleagues. I am the first point of contact for our Partner's in regards to any operational issues
- Identify trends & working collaboratively with our Partner's to help them deliver on mitigating/appropriate recovery
plans where the level of performance delivered falls below acceptable levels
- I prepare and issue all daily/weekly performance updates to internal stakeholders
- Support the execution of the sales strategy set by the Tesco Mobile Commercial Team
- I regularly work with the Commercial, Marketing, Retail, PR and Stock teams to be the interface between them and our Partners
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence whilst remaining compliant at all times
- Experience of working with teams outside of the organisation
- Ability to deliver results through others
- A good working knowledge of Tesco Mobile products and services
