Line Chef - St Albans

Full Time / Part Time Line Chef
We are currently recruiting for a Line Chef to work full time / part time within our busy kitchen.

The Peahen is situated in St Albans and is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner no matter what the occasion, there’s always something that fits the bill – fresh seasonal food, with daily changing menus for lunch and dinner and our seasonal main menu, packed full of mouth watering light bites and hearty meals. Therefore finding the right Kitchen Assistant to join us is essential.

Key Responsibilities of our desired Chef:

• Preparing and serving our menu to a high standard as per Company specification to ensure our guests return again and again
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards within the business and completion of Company paperwork with regards to such standards
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining the correct storage of food
• Maintaining and clean and safe kitchen environment
