eCommerce Delivery Analyst - Online Grocery

The Delivery Team plan and manage the delivery of all online grocery orders for ASDA. We focus on maintaining the availability of capacity for customers whilst optimising scheduling efficiencies to provide realistic driver delivery schedules.

As an Online Grocery Analyst you will be responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of our Home Shopping Centres and Click and Collect Setup. Maintaining a simple setup, identifying areas of opportunity and engaging with the wider team to improve business operations.

The ins and outs;

• Provide Online Grocery teams with insight into capacity and customer availability to enable clear decision making
• Create and maintain a key suite of reports tracking our Home Shopping Centre delivery performance
• Develop, produce and analyse store specific driver requirements for all Home Shopping Centres
• Build relationships with retail stakeholders and work collaboratively to improve our customer slot availability
• Simplify and maintain the setup up of all click and collect and remote click and collect locations
• Deliver key seasonal events by owning end to end system set up and store support
• Communicate findings to the wider O nline G rocery teams
• Provide support to the business working one in four weekends

• Online Grocery experience desirable but not essential
