As a Head Baker you will be responsible for the service, standard and quality of all bread and baked products including rolls, croissants and danish pastries, in time for service periods, working to deliver a consistent passenger dining experience, in accordance with company corporate menu cycles.

The duties will be varied working across different sections and a number of dining outlets, including the potential opportunity of working with our celebrity chefs; Marco Pierre White & Atul Kucher. In addition to your professional duties you will also have to deliver staff training and have ship safety duties & responsibilities.

To be considered for the role it is essential that you are professionally trained with relevant qualifications, NVQ 3 Food production or equivalent, and be computer literate. A certificate in Basic Food Hygiene is desirable.
