Hotel Maintenance Manager - Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Moor Hall Hotel is a 4-star hotel with 83 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our team.

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the property, repairing all damages, maintaining equipment and ensuring that all work in the hotel is carried out in compliance with H&S regulations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Maintenance Manager in a similar role. You will have advanced knowledge of building work and legionella, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have a positive can do attitude and be committed to delivering a high level of guest service.

This is a full time role predominantly working Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend.  Being on call is also a key part of this role.
