Part Time Receptionist- Basingstoke

We are seeking to appoint part time Receptionists to join the team. There are 2 vacancies available and the hours for both vacancies reflect the organisation’s needs.  There may be the opportunity to cover absences as and when required.

VACANCY ONE- Total Hours 17.25 hours over a 4 week period and an example shift pattern may look like:

• Week 1 and Week 3- Monday 14.00-20.00, Week 1- Saturday 12.30-17.45

VACANCY TWO - Total Hours 27 hours over a 4week period and an example shift pattern may look like:

• Week 1 and Week 3- Friday 12.00-17.30,  Week 2 and Week 4 -Friday 12.00-17.00
• Week 3 Sunday- 07.45-13.45

You will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be willing to go the extra mile for our customers, stay calm under pressure, be able to multi task and use your own initiative. You will need experience of delivering outstanding customer service, be enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided on our IT systems.
