Reservations Centre Supervisor - London

Gaucho, the established Argentine restaurant group is looking for a Supervisor for their Reservations team.

Gaucho is renowned for it's service and knowledgeable staff and this starts right from the moment a guest calls to make an enquiry or booking.

The primary function is to manage the day-to-day efficient running of Central Reservations, ensuring the quality and standard of each call and in doing so, to maximise covers, revenue and repeat business across the group. With restaurants in London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, this is an exciting role within an expanding, innovative and thriving company.

This role will be suitable for someone who has a love for hospitality, a talent for nurturing and developing teams and who is organised and driven.

Experience in a similar role and with Open Table reservations system would be highly beneficial.
