Duty Manager - Hatfield Swim Centre
THE ROLE
Ensure the safety of pool users and smooth day to day operation of the site. Develop and manage the Lifeguard and cleaning teams to ensure delivery of site standards. Responsible for the day to day management of site operations and health and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current NPLQ Qualification At least 1 years supervisory experience in the Leisure or Health and Fitness industry.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of pool plant operations.
- A working knowledge of health and safety systems.
