Standards And Audits Advisor - Welwyn Garden City
This role is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the global business and a chance to build relationships with many different stakeholders both internal and external to Tesco. Deliver and promote continuously improved Standards, requirements and guidance for Horticulture. You will manage a programme of Technical Audits, working alongside the Audit Managers to ensure they have the support they need to effectively manage the audit programmes and supporting product technical teams through the audit process. You will capture data, develop reports and trend analysis for colleagues, category teams, Audit Service Providers (ASP's) and suppliers.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first standards and audit programme management experience.
The Ideal Candidate
Degree level or equivalent qualification in science / technology subject. At least 2 years' experience in related industry or retail. Understanding the principles of technical audits. Collaboration, stakeholder management, empathy, understanding of working in a large organisation, global business experience would be useful, project management, attention to detail but able to view holistically, good organisational skills, great listening skills, ability to upwards manage, cultural awareness, drive. Technical audit programme management and horticulture experience are beneficial.
