Places for People Leisure are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team based in Camberley. Reporting directly to our Training and Development Manager you will be the primary administrator of our Learning Management System(LMS) as well as supporting the team with other learning interventions.

What your role will be

In this role you will have responsibility for our LMS, from managing day to day content and working with colleagues to ensure that the learning content is accurate and fit for purpose to supporting learners as their first point of contact.  You will manage the technical aspect of the site and carry out testing on upgrades, audit data and ensure integration with people and payroll systems.

You will provide support to developing programmes such as our internal training to develop potential managers and our top talent.

Your background

With a passion for developing others you ideally have experience working within a training environment using a LMS  or other web based learning technology. PFP Leisure is a large organisation with multiple sites, experience working within a similar set up would be desirable.

To be successful within this role you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal customers.  The ability to motivate both yourself and others is essential.You should be a confident user of Microsoft Office and have the ability manage digital content.
