GLL are looking for a Marketing Executive to work on a 6 month fixed term basis in our London West office based at Brixton Recreation Ground in Brixton, South London.

Marketing is an increasingly integral part of our business here at GLL. Our marketing team has expanded rapidly over the past few years with the development of our Better brand of leisure centres, libraries and children's centres. We are now looking for another Marketing Executive to support the ever increasing business demands as the organisation continues thrive and grow.

Working on a range of marketing projects from online and digital to print, you will be adept at managing a workload that includes fast turnaround and ad hoc work as well as strategic planning. You will manage a mix of work for both our leisure facilities and head office, so you will need to be comfortable dealing with people at all levels from Sports Officers, to Sales Teams and our Senior Managers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking build on their marketing experience from a customer facing organisation. You will ideally have a relevant degree and or professional qualification or be working towards this. Your passion and enthusiasm for marketing will be evident by your up to date knowledge of marketing trends and advancements. You will be confident, approachable and able to remain calm under pressure. As a general, all-round marketer, you'll also understand the business imperatives behind measuring ROI and budget management and have a keen understanding of all digital platforms including social media, eCRM, email marketing and digital advertising. Your substantial branding experience will be underpinned by excellent creative writing skills.
