As one of our Supervisors you will:

• Be a leader in a team of passionate Waiters, Baristas and Runners
• Develop a connection with guests by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
• Maintain and develop specialist knowledge and skills by completing in-house training
• Educate guests about our premium products: coffees, teas and anything off the Burr & Co. menu
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be energetic with a passion to do a great job
• Demonstrate a passion for food and drink
• Have a can do attitude and be a team player
• Have excellent organisation skills
