Nuffield Health are looking for two full time Senior Client Services Administrators for the Canary Wharf Medical Centre, and Hosier Lane Medical Centre. These will be separate full time roles, and both are maternity cover.

About the Role

As the Senior Client Service Administrator for the Nuffield Health Medical Centres, you are directly responsible for the administration of the medical centre site and lead the clients services team. The post holder will report into the General Manager and be responsible for delivering and ensuring professional customer service whilst maintaining operational standards.

You will take an active part in reception duties both in a client facing and non-client facing capacity. As the welcoming face of our centre, your job will be to meet and greet all visitors and ensure the smooth running of reception by answering calls and dealing with client enquiries, You will also have outstanding communication and customer service skills gained within a medical facility or hospitality role previously. You will be approachable, personable and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience.

The successful Senior Client Service Administrator will manage the Client Service Administrator(s) and therefore leadership qualities are desired. You will be responsible for a operational duties including assisting in diary and capacity management, resource planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities within the centre are presented in an attractive manner and that services are maintained to the highest possible standards, in-line with CQC requirements and the values of Nuffield Health. The Senior Client Service Administrator will also be responsible for the training of new CSA's attending the site and support the General Manager in achieving key business objects of the site, becoming a valuable member of the team.

Key Requirements

* Supervisory experience
* High quality client service interaction, being professional and welcoming
* Strong resource management and diary capacity skills, including use of complex IT systems
* Ability to deal with client queries via email, phone or in person
* Experience in a confidential administrative/office environment
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Ability to prioritise and deal with varied workload effectively
* Proven self & team motivator, reflecting a positive role model
* Flexibility to cover staff absences & sickness
* Clean and presentable appearance
* Ability to become a valuable member of an integrative medical centre team and management unit
* Strong innovative thinker with ideas to develop the CSA team
* Ability to induct and develop new team members
