Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef - Cambridge - New Pizza Concept
£23k - £26k basic + Overimte + Benefits
My client are a brand new concept on the market, launching in Cambridge this Summer. We are looking for experienced Senior Sous Chef/Head Chef to join the team for the grand opening. Full of new ideas, and a wealth of knowledge from the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating this excellent brands reputation in Cambridge.
I am looking to speak to experienced Head Chefs or Senior Sous Chefs from the Cambridge area, who have a minimum of two years' experience of managing a brigade of chefs, ideally within a pizza concept. If you'd got experience of making the pizza base, and creating tasty and imaginative pizza toppings, we want to speak to you about this exceptional opportunity. It is important that you are creative, passionate and imaginative, and full of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. This new pizza concept is full of managers who have a huge 'can do' attitude, and we want the same for our excellent team of chefs. You will also be tasked with managing a brigade of 4 chefs, who will need leading, inspiring and pushing to create the best pizzas in town.
The role will require flexible working hours, and will encompass evening and weekend hours.
