Night Supervisor - Whatley Manor and Spa, Malmesbury

16 -32 hours per week, 4 nights on, 4 nights off​

We are looking for a further Night Supervisor to join the Reception team to provide security for the hotel and grounds and safety of our guests. The team comprises a Front of House  Manager, Reservations Coordinator, Receptionists and Porters. The role is shared with another Supervisor and is likely to work on a 4 on and 4 off basis. We have 23 individually decorated rooms and suites, drawing room, sitting room and reception hall, our Dining Room and less formal Swiss styled Brasserie and two bars. Martin Burge has attained 2 Michelin stars for his cuisine in The Dining Room. We also have conference facilities, 40 seat cinema, large Spa with gym and wonderful gardens.

We are AA 5 red star rated and hold 4 rosettes. We are part of the Relais and Chateaux collection.

Applicants should be aware that at the present time we cannot consider anyone not holding an EU passport because of immigration legislation and documentary evidence will be required. We cannot assist with obtaining visas.

Skills and experience:

• Minimum of one years’ experience in a customer service role
• Understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected by clients of a 5 star hotel
• Excellent standard of spoken English
• Computer literate
• Clean full driving licence
• A high level of presentation and a ready smile

Training will be given in front of house systems, housekeeping requirements, the provision of food and beverage for guests at night and security responsibilities.
