Ashdown Park Hotel have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Chef de Partie to work in our Lounge and Bars section. You will receive a competitive salary, plus excellent benefits.

The Chef de Partie role:-

Is a great opportunity to join an award winning, friendly brigade as Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you will supervise your kitchen section and assist the Sous Chef with the operation of the kitchen to the highest standards laid down by the hotel.

The Chef de Partie will:-

• Be committed to the highest standards of cuisine, presentation and food preparation.
• Be a good team player with initiative and have the relevant supervisory experience in a similar position in an equivalent high profile kitchen.
• Have a good understanding of HACCP procedures and implementation.

Due to our rural location you will need your own transport.
