Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Team

The Accounts Assistant Role:

 

 

You will be joining our experienced and dedicated team in the Accounts Office and your duties will include:

 

 

  • Income audit/reporting on daily revenues
  • Checking and preparing clients accounts for hotel events and travel agents accounts, for guests stays and forwarding on for payments.
  • Ensuring that all outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner
  • Update travel agents portals
  • Food invoice audit/food costing control
  • Purchase ledger duties
  • Maintaining Health Club membership database

 

This is a full time role working 35 hours over five days, usually normal office hours.

 

 

 

What we need from you:

 

 

 

  • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Level 2 or Level 3 AAT or equivalent
  • Grade A-C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
