Ashdown Park Hotel have an exciting opportunity for a positive and people focussed individual to join our team as a Concierge on a Part-time basis. You will receive a competitive salary, plus excellent benefits.

We have 3 days to be covered; Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This can potentially be a job share between two people wanting only 1 or 2 shifts each per week.

The Concierge role will report to Head Concierge and will be responsible for:

• The meeting and greeting of all guests Assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring they are made comfortable Providing information on places of interest in the local area Organising restaurant bookings Assisting with transport needs Booking entertainment Parking guests cars You will also be responsible for the presentation of the front hall

As a Concierge you will be required to think on your feet to deliver an excellent service. Full training will be provided but the ideal candidate will:

• Have a good standard of general education Be flexible Have a smart appearance Be physically fit Ideally know the local area and what it has to offer

Due to our rural location you will need your own transport.
