The Balmoral Hotel is thrilled to embark on an exciting new chapter as we look forward to the unique alliance between the Roux and Forte Families, with our launch of Brasserie Prince by Alain Roux in May 2018.

Our new bar and brasserie will pride itself on the quality of its team members and we are looking for experienced, dedicated and charismatic individuals to work in a fast paced, vibrant and dynamic environment.

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will be a professional responsible for a section of the kitchen, supporting the Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop the team and ensure they prepare exceptional food to the correct standard. You will work closely with the Junior Sous Chef to ensure that departmental goals and targets are met and work within the financial constraints of the department so that optimum profitability is achieved. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual who can demonstrate success at this level, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role for 2 years within a 5 star luxury hotel.
