Food and Beverage Manager - London

We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our highly successful team at Number Sixteen Hotel.

This is a hands on, operational role, overseeing the daily operation of the hotel food and beverage outlets. You will be liaising between senior management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded - no two days will be the same!

What are my main duties as the Food and Beverage Manager?

  • All operational responsibilities of the restaurant, room service and mini bar
  • Deliver 10 minute training sessions to the team members on service standards and product knowledge
  • Write detailed handover reports for the senior management team
  • Menu development in conjunction with the Head Chef
  • Compilation of food and beverage promotional Calendar
  • Usage of Social Media to develop food and beverage sales opportunities
  • Monitor sales and standards of upselling delivered
  • Create departmental objectives and benchmark monthly objectives

Hours required for the role of Food and Beverage Manager:

As Food and Beverage Manager you will work full time as required by the operation. You will need to be flexible with the days and times you are able to work.
