Part Time Accounts Assistant - The River Lee Hotel

If you want to be part of a small, friendly team, this opportunity to join our onsite Accounts team on a part time basis is perfect.

As Accounts Assistant for The River Lee, a Doyle Collection property, you will work alongside the Finance team to assist with accounts payable and receivable, process expenses, reconcile payments, post bank lodgements, assist with monthly accounting records and other ad hoc administration duties as required. This is a part time role, working 2-3 days per week.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Financial administrative experience
• Have a strong attention to detail and be highly numerate
• Have excellent IT skills in particular high level of knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel & Office
• Have a working knowledge of financial/accounting systems.
• Experience of Navision and Opera will be beneficial
• Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, working to tight deadlines
• Be highly motivated with proven organisational skills
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
