Wedding and Events Coordinator - Glasgow

Established in 2007, the Manorview Hotel & Leisure Group boasts nine stunning luxury boutique hotels across the central belt of Scotland. The group is continuously looking to grow their portfolio at every opportunity, specialising in restoration of old and tired properties, transforming them into luxury boutique hotels.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Wedding and Events Coordinator who will lead the wedding and events sales process within our newly refurbished function room and stunning Honeymoon Suite.

You will report to the hotel General Manager and The Group Wedding and Events Manager.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proven track record in similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective people management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

The role is a vital part of the Company’s business development. You will be an exceptional individual and will provide leadership in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of events through the promotion and delivery of event then ensuring delivery meets client expectations.

Package includes annual profit share, private health care, membership at Bowfield Hotel & Country Club and option to join Manorview Pension Scheme.
