Waterfront Administrator

Destinations: Greece, Sardinia, Corsica and Turkey

We are actively seeking a Waterfront Administrator to come work in one of our stunning Mediterranean beach resorts.

This pivotal role supports our beach teams, from booking courses to liaising between various departments whilst being safety conscious at all times. As a member of our dynamic waterfront team you’ll have excellent communication and administrational skills and hopefully an interest in watersports! You’ll help ensure all guests have a safe and fun experience whilst attending the waterfront.

It’s not all work and no play though! You could learn a new sport, get out on the water or explore exciting new places with like-minded friends.

We have a strong management team that provides on-going support and training. There are opportunities to further develop your own skills, gain new qualifications and a development programme for career progression and the prospect to work year-round in one of our chalet hotels in top European ski destinations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests
  • Waterfront customer service
  • Manage the operations desk
  • Manage course and lesson bookings, payments and reconciliation
  • Ensure all promotional material is up to date
  • Assist with in-resort marketing activities and promotions
  • Assist Waterfront Manager with staff rota, monitoring sickness and day off cover
  • Assist with waterfront reports
  • Manage staff files and induction process
  • Issue course documents and logbooks
  • Participate in evening entertainments, guest dinners and social activities
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the waterfront
