Digital communications manager
Hinkley
(With weekly London travel)
An exciting opportunity is available to join a powerhouse in the leisure industry as a Digital Communications Manager. You will take a leading role in a looking after the regional and central member communications. You will be charged with the creation and delivery of multi- Channel communications with a focus on keeping members informed of new innovations and reasons to visit the centres. The role has a base of Hinkley but does involve regional travel with also a weekly London stop for the senior management meeting where commuting costs would be reimbursed
The role is made for a candidate who has a real customer service drive from building new relationship to leading campaigns that have a key objective of strengthening existing relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Planning of strategic campaigns- collating data from the regional lead and with an objection to increase sales and usage
* Compiling legally compliant communication that reflect the relevant T&C's
* Manage and be able to provide continuous development plans for the customer journey
* Compile reports to be able to support business decisions and review data
* Build and generate relationships with other communication experts in order to present new ideas into the business
To apply for this role you should:
* Be an excellent communicator who can proof read their own and others work
* Have experience of analytical and project management skills
* Have a well-rounded knowledge of CRM systems- including development and delivery
* Hold a digital marketing qualification and membership to the institute of marketing
