We are looking for a full time Night Receptionist to look after our guests and the hotel throughout the night and early morning.

You'll be dealing with late guest check-ins and departures, coordinating hotel night auditing processes and managing general guest enquiries.

What do you need to be successful?

• You'll be confident in working in a small team
• Have great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Numerate with a good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

Experience is preferred, but not essential. It is more important to us that you are able to deliver great customer experiences, have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.

The hours of work are 10.30pm to 7.15am.
Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
