One of our Central Support Offices is based in Gosforth and is a bustling hub of Parkdean Resorts. This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 72 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre.

This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objectives. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.

Marketing Executive

Are you a qualified & experienced Marketing Executive?

Do you have strong planning, communication and organisational skills?

If so, a very exciting opportunity has arisen in our successful Marketing team!

We're looking for a talentedMarketing Executive with a strong attention to detail to join the team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. You'll be providing 1st class support to a selection of parks to ensure that local marketing campaigns and activity plans are implemented to drive sales growth for caravan and lodge sales

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Actively drive caravan sales and lodge growth for your respective parks through a full mix of marketing and PR/sales promotion activity

* Assist the Sales Managers on our parks and their wider team to effectively implement local marketing strategies and campaigns to drive appointment and sales targets

* Support and deliver key projects using the full marketing mix including point of sale, direct mail, merchandising, events and email campaign planning

* Co-ordinate newsletters and event marketing material for the holiday parks you are responsible for, ensuring customers and owners are aware of events and promotions that are targeted to their specific needs

* Report on marketing spend versus sales for your relevant parks to demonstrate ROI

* Day to day budget management for marketing communication for your parks

* Purchase order management for marketing spend

* Compile and distribute performance reporting for the parks you are responsible for

* Implement compelling and correct product descriptions and information for your designatedparks and regions on the companies' websites

* Support the Marketing Manager on projects that may arise

* Attend and co-ordinate events and promotional activities to drive local sales

* Brief and co-ordinate media agencies and creative agencies

The successful person will have:

* A structured approach to work and have the ability to plan effectively within timescales

* Analytical skills

* Good communication skills - written & verbal

* Marketing agency management

* A professional approach to work and relationships that meet the companies' core values

* The ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

* Excellent organisational skills

* Experience in an equivalent marketing role
