Food & Beverage Coordinator (Administrative)

Our F&B Administration Team are part of our indispensable backstage crew, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that the show always goes on Mondrian London. Taking care of menu design, Micros programming and analyzing sales figures, the team keep us running like a well-oiled machine!

Our Director of F&B, Dan, is currently looking for an F&B Coordinator who is able to manage multiple tasks with ease and has good attention to detail.

Experience Required

• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role F&B customer facing environment is essential.
• The ability to communicate at all levels with senior management, colleagues and suppliers.
• A consistently positive and outgoing demeanour with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of Micros, and back of house programming would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in Fourth Hospitality is beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process all F&B related admin including recruitment paperwork, internal communications and employee relations.
• Assist with menu design for Sea Containers Restaurant.
• Responsible for internal communication regarding F&B promotions and menu updates.
• Liaise with F&B Management for updates regarding the weekly F&B Meeting.
• Assist with closing staff rotas for F&B Department in Fourth Hospitality.
• Updating Micros to reflect current promotions and pricing across all outlets.
• Liaising with Head of Department to create Micros cards for new team members.
