If you are comfortable working in a fast paced, customer facing environment and can demonstrate excellent organisational and customer service skills, we would like to talk to you about a new Cloakroom Attendant role within our prestigious clubhouse in Pall Mall, London.

The role:

As Cloakroom Attendant you’ll be naturally tactful, respectful and will pride yourself on your ability to maintain a positive and professional environment in which to receive guests and their belongings. You will be committed to delivering the highest standards of service and hospitality at all times, as you welcome guests and their belongings into the cloakroom. The process involves assigning a specific number to the belongings and issuing guests a ticket that corresponds to the number of their belongings. You will then be responsible for storing items according to the ticket number and keeping them safe, until they are returned to the guests.

The Person:
 To succeed you will ideally possess experience in a similar prestigious establishment, and be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing, service or similar role.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent presentation and team working skills.
